The amount you use per drink will be to personal taste, but should be enough for 20 servings.

ARE THERE ANY ARTIFICIAL FLAVOURS IN GOURMET DROPS?

Gourmet drops only contain flavours from natural sources.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 business days of the order being confirmed. Although we can't offer you a specific date of delivery please contact us on on service@gourmetdrops.com if your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of placing your order. Be sure to let us know your order number.

WHO'LL BE DELIVERING MY ORDER?

We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries, however from time to time your order may be delivered by an alternative courier.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

.On the last page before you complete your purchase there is a field to enter a discount code. Once you have entered a code click "Apply" and your total amount will be updated to include the discount. Unfortunately, only one code can be used at a time. Please contact us at service@gourmetdrops.com

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery is free for more 3 bottles. Under this amount delivery is £2.72 per order.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we only ship to the UK. However, if you are an overseas customer wishing to place a bulk order, please contact us directly atservice@gourmetdrops.com

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?

We try our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible so it may not be possible to change your order before it’s sent out. If you realise that you’ve made a mistake with your order, drop us an email to service@gourmetdrops.com

and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.

At the moment this website is the only way to order Gourmet Drops in the UK. 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

Unfortunately ordering by phone is not available at the moment.

HOW DO I ORDER A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?

When ordering as a gift, enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the gift recipient’s name and delivery information. There will be no prices or receipts contained in the package.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/RECEIVE A REFUND?
