Making this smooth milky Hot Chocolate is quick, easy and the perfect way to ease you into the colder weather without the calorie overload...
- 500ml of skimmed milk (you can use soya or almond milk if you prefer)
- 10g of cocoa powder
- A squeeze of Chocolate Gourmet Drops to taste
- 3 drops of peppermint extract
Start your Hot Chocolate by warming up the milk in a saucepan over low heat. Add in the Cocoa powder gradually and mix until smoothly blended. Add in the Gourmet Drops and Peppermint extract and leave to warm up. Make sure you stir the mixture frequently. Once the Hot Chocolate is nice and warm, pour into your favourite mug and enjoy! YUM!
