Protein Oats Bowl

This Porridge Oats recipe makes the perfect protein filled breakfast or snack , it's easy and you can add your own favourite toppings to make it just the way you like it...perfect! 


  • 40g porridge oats
  • 1 scoop protein 
  • 2-3 tea spoons Gourmet Drops (Vanilla, Caramel or Chocolate)
  • Your choice of toppings!


Mix the protein and oats in a bowl, add 200ml of cold water and mix. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds and mix well. If the texture is very thick, add another splash of water. Microwave for another 1 minute. Remove from the microwave (be careful, it will be very hot) and mix in the Gourmet Drops. Allow to cool for at least 2-3 minutes. 

Top with your favourite fruits and nuts, our favourite is honey, strawberries, blueberries and chopped dates...simple but delicious!
