These cookies are deliciously festive without the side of guilt. Packed full of hearty sweet flavours, they're perfect for a low-fat festive snack!
- 3 ripe bananas
- 400g oats (not instant, the proper scotts type)
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1 egg
- 2 generous squeezes of Vanilla Gourmet Drops
- 1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Mash the bananas and mix with the oats, milk and egg before adding the remaining ingredients.
Grease a cookie tray with 1 Cal Spray and spoon the mixture on to make 9 large, or 12 medium cookies.
Bake for around 20 minutes until golden brown.
