Low-sugar Caramel Omlette

This sweet omelette seems strange but tastes delicious! Its easy to make and requires minimum ingredients, give it a go...we think you'll love it!


  • 1 large egg
  • 2-3 teaspoons Caramel Gourmet Drops 
  • 0% fat greek yogurt and berries (for serving) 


Prepare a small frying pan with cooking spray and set aside. Next, split the egg yolk from the whites and mix with Gourmet Drops. Once mixed, in a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form and then, mix in the yolk carefully until the mixture is consistent. Fry in a frying pan for around 3 minutes over medium heat and if necessary, cook the top of the omelette under the hot grill until slightly brown. 

Serve the omelette with topping of your choice...we love it with yogurt and berries. Enjoy!
