Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 70g Rolled Oats
- A pinch of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- A generous Squeeze of Vanilla Caramel or Chocolate Gourmet drops
- A splash of normal, almond or soya milk
- A handful of berries (optional)
Method
Put all the ingredients (except the berries) into a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Ensure your mixture is well blended. Gently fold in the blueberries until well mixed.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease with 1 Calorie Spray.
Fry spoonful's of the mixture until brown on both sides until you have used up the mixture.
Put your pancakes onto a plate and garnish with Quark and fresh berries.
