Low-fat Banoffee Smoothie

A great dessert substitute, or alternative to hot drinks. Delicious with Vanilla or Caramel Gourmet Drops – although we like Caramel for that Banoffee inspired taste.


  • 4 tablespoons of your favourite Greek Yogurt (we like Fat Free)
  • 60ml of skimmed or unsweetened milk (soya or almond is delicious too)
  • 1 shot of espresso or Instant espresso dissolved in ¼ cup of water
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 1 over ripe banana, pre-freeze the banana if you can
  • A generous squeeze of Caramel and Vanilla Gourmet Drops (depending on your desired level of sweetness)


Chop the banana roughly and add all of the ingredients into a blender.

Pour into your favourite glass. Best served straight away.
