This Banana Bread is low in sugar, fat and calories but most importantly, its super tasty. The perfect sweet snack without the guilt!
- 80g whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 smooth almond butter
- 1/4 coconut oil
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 teaspoons of Vanilla Gourmet Drops
- 2 medium eggs
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Prepare a 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Begin the mixture by mixing the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil and almond butter in the microwave for around 20 seconds and stir together. Add in the mashed bananas, Vanilla Gourmet Drops and eggs and whisk until well combined. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and pour into the pan. Bake for around 20 minutes or until the top of the Banana Bread begins to brown and is firm to touch. Once taken out of the oven, let the Bread cool and then serve!
