Cinnamon Infused Warm Milk

We're falling for this combo, the perfect winter flavours...


  • 250ml skimmed almond or soya milk
  • Vanilla Gourmet Drops
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • cinnamon powder (to serve)


Firstly, put the milk and cinnamon sticks in a sauce pan and warm over medium heat ensuring to stir every 2-3 minutes. Cook the milk until it is almost simmering but don't let it boil. 

Next, cover the mixture and set aside for 10 minutes to let the flavours infuse. 

Remove the cinnamon sticks and begin to heat the milk again while stirring until hot. Just before you serve, squeeze in gourmet drops to taste and stir well. Pour into your favourite mug, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and enjoy!
