These mini protein cakes are a great sweet treat and an even greater way to increase the protein in your diet. Easy to make and even easier to eat, you'll be loving these cakes!
- 30g oats
- 2 egg whites
- 2 scoops protein powder (Vanilla or Chocolate)
- 1 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate Gourmet Drops
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Start by mixing the oats and protein powder in a bowl. Mix in the mashed banana and egg whites. Once combined, mix in the Chocolate Gourmet Drops ensuring the batter is consistent.
Line a muffin tray with baking paper or 6 muffin cases and divide the mixture evenly to fill all the cases.
Bake in the oven for around 16-18 minutes or until slightly brown. Allow the cakes to cool and enjoy warm with fruit! Hmmmm...
