We believe breakfast is super important to fuel the day ahead of you and this smoothie bowl is both nutritious and full of sweet flavour, perfect!
- 3 tablespoons fat free greek yoghurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Apple
- 200ml almond milk
- 3 hazelnuts
- a squeeze of Caramel Gourmet Drops
- a handful of fresh blueberries
Simply add the yoghurt, 1/2 of the banana, 1/2 of the apple, milk, nuts and Gourmet Drops to a blender and blitz until the mixture is smooth. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and top with the rest of the banana, apple and sprinkle with the blueberries. Add a sprinkle of granola for extra texture if you fancy and enjoy!
