Upgraded Fruit and Yogurt Bowl

This recipe is super easy to prepare, store and eat as an on-the-go breakfast. Eat when made or prepare the night before for a quick and low-fat breakfast, give it a go! 


  • 150g of fat free quark or greek yoghurt
  • your choice of Vanilla, Chocolate or Caramel Gourmet Drops 
  • a handful of your favourite berries
  • optional (2 tablespoons of rolled oats) 


Start by mixing the Gourmet Drops into the quark or yoghurt and then mix in the berries and oats, enjoy immediately or store overnight and enjoy for breakfast. Yum!
