This recipe was submitted by a customer who serves the baked oats with yogurt and berries – delicious and a health alternative to sweets and chocolate.
- 40g oats
- 50ml of skimmed milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon sweetener
- A good swirl of caramel gourmet drops
- Mix the ingredients together and bake in muffin cases at 200 for approximately 40 minutes (try to avoid opening oven so they rise). They should be lightly crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. Serve warm with yogurt and berries. Yum!
