- 1 cup piping hot black coffee
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 shot Irish whiskey
- Freshly whipped cream
- A squeeze of Chocolate Gourmet Drops
Fill a sturdy latte glass with boiling water. Pour away the water and add in the black coffee, brown sugar and Gourmet Drops. Stir this until the sugar has dissolved. Next, add the whiskey and stir well.
Whip the cream separately in a jug with a spout. Once whipped, pour the cream over the back of a teaspoon onto the surface of the coffee until the glass is full. Best served immediately.
