Frozen Banana Dairy-Free Ice Cream

This week the sunshine has had us craving ice cream. Here’s our take on a healthy alternative - its vegan and vegetarian friendly too! Let us know what you think by sending us your creations!


  • Bananas
  • Skimmed or Any Dairy-free Milk (Optional)
  • Gourmet Drops


Freeze Bananas overnight (5-6 Hours). Once frozen, put in a blender and add a squeeze of Gourmet Drops. You can choose to a splash of milk to get a creamier texture if you like (too much could make the mixture too thin).

This is where you can get creative: Add your favourite fruit or Gourmet Drops Flavour to make your own custom flavour of ice cream. (We like adding a handful blueberries and raspberries and a little squirt of Caramel Gourmet Drops).

Blend the mix until it has a smooth consistency and pop back in the freezer for 10 minutes to give it more of an "Ice Cream texture".

Scoop out your ice cream and garnish with some more fruit and tuck in, YUM!
