A great dessert substitute, or alternative to hot drinks. Delicious with Vanilla or Caramel Gourmet Drops – although we like Caramel for that Banoffee inspired taste.
- 4 tablespoons of your favourite Greek Yogurt (we like Fat Free)
- 60ml of skimmed or unsweetened milk (soya or almond is delicious too)
- 1 shot of espresso or Instant espresso dissolved in ¼ cup of water
- Handful of ice cubes
- 1 over ripe banana, pre-freeze the banana if you can
- A generous squeeze of Caramel and Vanilla Gourmet Drops (depending on your desired level of sweetness)
Chop the banana roughly and add all of the ingredients into a blender.
Pour into your favourite glass. Best served straight away.
