To help keep hunger at bay you need to start the day the right way - and we love this smoothie bowl - perfect for using up any bananas you froze before they went off!
January is about eating healthy and well.
½ Apple (I used green – depending on how sweet/overripe your banana is)
2 heaped tablespoons Greek yoghurt
0.5 frozen bananas
200 ml almond milk – or enough to get the desired thickness
A squeeze of caramel Gourmet Drops
Put everything in a blender and blitz until smooth. Spoon into a bowl, top with the rest of the apple, sliced banana and some granola for texture.
