Our tried and tested recipe below is the perfect way to enjoy a healthier version of pancakes - whether it's for breakfast or for pudding!

Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 70g Rolled Oats
- A pinch of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- A generous Squeeze of Vanilla or Caramel Gourmet drops
- A splash of normal, almond or soya milk
- A handful of blueberries (optional)
Put all the ingredients (except the blueberries) into a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Ensure your mixture is well blended. Gently fold in the blueberries until well mixed.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease with 1 Calorie Spray.
Fry spoonful's of the mixture until brown on both sides until you have used up the mixture.
Put your pancakes onto a plate and add your favourite toppings.
